Then why not enjoy a seven-course tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Peter Cham. Make your reservations now because this meal will be served exclusively to only ten couples. Festivities kick off at 6 pm with a complimentary sunset toast, they ask that all guests arrive at 5:45 pm. Valentine’s Day Decadence at Angel Oak Cost: $175/Person. Reservations recommended Six courses of culinary delights? Yes, this Valentine’s Day at the acclaimed Angel Oak restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara is serving a delicious six-course dinner created by Chef Alexander Bollinger.
Dining here is definitely an unforgettable experience any night but especially on Valentine’s Day, with a menu that includes a pizza margarita a mouse bouche followed by spicy hamachi tartare paired with Champagne, beet salad, squid ink cavatelli, roasted moulard duck breast, surf and turf and a Valrhona dark chocolate heart for dessert. Angel Oak will also offer a special Valentine’s Day vegetarian menu. Top the night off with a moonlit walk on the seaside bluffs.
